What is an MP32?
The Lignomat MP32 is a central controller which can control up to 32 kilns. The MP32 is more than just a controller for your kiln, predryer, and steam chamber – it’s like having a second set of eyes right on your smart devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. The MP32 continuously monitors chamber functions, steam pressure & priority, and other customizable inputs, ensuring you stay informed with real-time notifications via text or email for specific events.

This unit is an upgrade to the well-known MP16 central controller. It efficiently manages individual modular control hardware, allowing you to pause a kiln from your smart devices just before entering or implement sample loss/day-driven schedules. It directs each control hardware based on your instructions, whether used as a stand-alone unit or integrated into your computer network. With the MP32, you gain unparalleled control and oversight for your operations.

User Interface
The MP32’s user interface is accessible from any device that can run web browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, with or without internet access. This versatility allows you to operate the MP32 on smartphones, tablets, and PCs from Microsoft, Apple, and Linux, without needing Lignomat software. This ensures the user interface is available wherever you are.

History Management & Data Analysis
The MP32 excels in history management and data analysis. It allows you to print and save basic graph and grid histories from the operator interface, as well as perform detailed long-term data and trend analysis. The history data available is extensive, they can either be reviewed within the control interface or saved to a local computer for further data analysis and to maintain kiln records. Additionally, desktop software is available for enhanced history review and to export kiln data into your database.

For data analysis, the MP32 includes an on-board API that customers can use with a program of their choice. A Lignomat-provided API for SQL database integration is also available for this purpose. At your instruction, the MP32 executes scheduled tasks while recording detailed histories.
